Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of Four years of IT experience, with at least three years dedicated to Salesforce implementation and solution development.
- Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise in Salesforce products and APIs, including Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, and related mobile and integration/ETL technologies.
- Specialization in one or more Salesforce platforms (e.g., Force.com (Sales, Service, Community, IoT, Einstein Clouds), Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Public Sector experience.
- Prior experience in product development.
- Experience in deployment tools such as Copado, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
