Preferred Qualifications -
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cross functional SAP or ERP expertise with an ability to handle and manage a team of SAP functionals consultants, SAP technical consultants.
- Lead coordination with functional and technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and service continuity.
- Track and report on service delivery performance, using SLA and KPI
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact services delivery, working closely with Functional and technical teams to address the issue.
- Manage incident, problem, change, release, and service request processes
- Lead the automations to improve the operations efficiency
- Support the planning and execution of major releases, upgrades, and cutover activities.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes.
- Must have more than 10 years of relevant experience in SAP S4 modules with 5 years as a Service Delivery Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the Sr. directors/VP levels
- Must have Experience working with Nearshore and Offshore Delivery teams
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA
