RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align expectations.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in all matters related to user experience. User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
Analyse research findings and synthesize actionable insights to inform UX design and strategy.
Identify user personas, user journeys, and pain points to guide the design process.
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and analyse user behaviour data for evidence-based decision-making.
UX Strategy & Planning:
Develop UX strategies and roadmaps that align with the client's business objectives and target audience.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the UX initiatives.
Create user experience guidelines, design principles, and best practices for consistent and cohesive experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with the UX strategy.
UX Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to visualize and communicate UX solutions.
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces.
Collaborate with designers to develop high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for user testing and validation.
Conduct iterative design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
Usability Evaluation &Testing:
Plan and conduct usability evaluations and testing sessions to identify usability issues and gather user feedback.
Analyse test results and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience.
Collaborate with clients and development teams to prioritize and implement design improvements based on usability findings.
Industry Trends & Thought Leadership:
Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Contribute to thought leadership by writing articles, delivering presentations, and participating in UX conferences and events.
Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.
8-12 years of professional experience in user experience consulting, UX research, or UX design.
Demonstrated experience working on multiple client projects concurrently.
