Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferably, direct materials if available
- Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
- Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
- French min C1 level ( essential for client communication purposes)
- Hands on working experience in an ERP environment
- Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
- Experience in matrix manged organization would be an asset
- Hybrid mode (2 work days from the office per week in Lodz or surrounding area) or Remote work from Poland
