- Establish and run robust program governance, integrated planning, RAID management, and executive reporting aligned with Infosys Consulting standards.
- Lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating multiple functional, technical, data, testing, cutover, and change workstreams.
- Partner with utility business and IT leaders to align SAP transformation outcomes with regulatory, reliability, safety, and customer service objectives.
- Proactively manage dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems in highly complex utility landscapes.
- Own program financials, including forecasting, change control, and margin protection.
- Lead multi-vendor and system integrator governance, ensuring delivery accountability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure business readiness, change adoption, successful go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large enterprise programs, with significant ownership of SAP or ERP-led transformations.
- Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role, operating as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Strong background leading SAP programs, preferably including SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Prior experience delivering programs for Utility industry clients (Electric, Gas, or Water).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream, multi-vendor programs.
- Excellent executive communication, leadership presence, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel 50 to 75% based on client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct leadership of large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience with regulated or asset-intensive industries.
- Program management certifications (PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2).
- Experience working with global delivery and offshore/onshore models.
- Estimated annual compensation will be $154,395 - $193,125
