Preferred Qualifications-
Relevant experience in Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda).
Hands-on knowledge with LogZ, Dynatrace, Snowflake database, cloudwatch, ServiceNow, AWS EC2
Java API working Knowledge who has troubleshooting experience working in Postman / SOAP UI
Good to have domain knowledge of telecom, wireless domain
Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL, and database administration is a plus.
Non technical requirements: Production support mindset, flexible to work in shifts and over the weekends, work from office is must.
Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets
Able to multi-task efficiently under time pressure
Able to work with cutting edge technology and assimilate information rapidly
Good to have work experience in Telecom companies
