Role: Technology Architect- Data & Analytics
Location: Tokyo
Your Key Responsibilities
Advocate client and provide thought leaderships in data analytics and data engineering
Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional to define the holistic data management system architecture
Demonstrate compelling business values to the client with the data architecture/solution aligning to the business scenarios
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline data management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements
Identify use cases, document process flows, data flows, outline data management approach and define data models
Specify data compliance, regulations and access methods aligning to the requirements
Data reference architecture and framework creation
Pre-sales activities, proposal creation, solution design and project delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 15 of experience in Information Technology
A bilingual resource

At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture and solutioning
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture, Advanced analytics, Data engineering and Data governance areas
Ability to manage large data analytics programs, data design solution and delivery
Experience in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Collibra, Talend etc.
Experience in hyper scalers like AWS. Azure or GCP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in leading teams and managing client expectations
Experience in software development life cycle. Agile methodology preferred
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
