Main activities and responsibilities:

• Implement functional solutions of medium and high complexity throughout the entire project lifecycle (requirements analysis, solution design, functional development, testing/certification, deployment, and support).

• Engage with clients to understand and document requirements clearly, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Configure and implement Serasa Experian solutions based on functional requirements.

• Detail complex requirements through collaboration with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders.

• Document and configure credit policies, perform data analysis from multiple sources, and create functional data mappings and models.

• Develop scripts and contribute to technical configurations as needed.

• Work closely with the squad team to identify business solutions through continuous interaction and knowledge sharing.

• Investigate and resolve defects during the project, ensuring functional requirements are met with quality.

• Optimize delivery by leveraging reusable components and avoiding rework.

• Provide accurate and timely updates on task status and progress against the work plan.
