Supporting weekly guest WiFi provisioning on Ruckus when required
Managing tickets and ensuring tickets are kept up to date following ITIL processes.
Maintaining Microsoft web filter and following the correct process to allow specified URLs.
Managing secure printing setup on Ricoh printers
Setting up new Server 2019 & Server 2022 and troubleshooting when issues occur
Troubleshooting local Cisco network issues
Managing Teams VC Rooms and regularly checking for connectivity and health
Assisting the IT manager & IT director with projects and tasks, managed via a project tracker.
Troubleshooting issues on Windows 10 & 11 on Lenovo and HP laptops
Maintaining asset register
Maintaining knowledge base on ITSM system when required
Planning and future business requirements in a cost-effective manner
Managing IT projects to meet predefined objectives.
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all production systems
Work within a team to deliver to agreed SLAs.
Investigate complex service problems, recommend solutions, and follow formal procedures to plan, test and implement proposed solutions.
Support of Windows Server based applications
Mentor & provide support to the team.
