Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software developers working on Quintiq solutions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Quintiq and related technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and configure Quintiq applications to meet business needs.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards.
Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Quintiq configurations and deployments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to architectural decisions.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks and dependencies.
Client relationship management
Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Quintiq .
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
Solid understanding of optimization algorithms and planning logic.
Experience with software configuration and deployment.
Minimum possession of SWE level 1 certification
Experience in Quintiq products such as Macro Planner, Logistics, Scheduler etc.
Preferred skills
Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
Knowledge of supply chain planning and scheduling concepts.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
