必須の資格 :
少なくとも 10年間のHRジェネラリスト経験
複雑なマトリクス型の経営構造を持つ、ペースの速い多国籍企業における業務経験
主に日本国内の従業員を対象とした人事制度・対応の運営に携わった経験があることが望ましい
日本語と英語の両方の語学力(書き言葉と話し言葉)が必須
従業員のライフサイクル全体を通して、人事分野に関する豊富な知識と経験を有する
テクノロジー分野の企業に関わる業務処理の知見
複数の情報源からのデータを見ることができ、データ /入力を統合し、因果関係を発展させ、重要な洞察を得られる
高い分析力と成果志向の発想を持ち、複雑な課題に自立的に対応し、実行力を備えた自律型人材
理想的な候補者は、あいまいさに対して高度の耐性があることが求められる
顧客管理モデルにおいて強力なチームプレーヤーの職務倫理を持ち、チームメイトと協力し、事業のニーズを満たすために必要なツールやプロセスを統合し、組織内のあらゆるレベルの人々と関わる
