ws Server Administration (Level 2/3 support) and exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment.
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency providing L2/L3 support of Windows Server Administration including:
• Patching and Upgrades
• Build new instances environment and projects along with experience in managing High Availability clustered systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experienced with ITIL and maintenance of projects is good to have.
• Possess knowledge of Backup and Recovery is an added advantage.
• Data Center experience is a perk.
• Flexible work schedule and availability to work during US core business hours
• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
