    Position summary

    on-call rotation, provide support during incidents, and change Windows

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience as a Windows system administrator/engineer, with deep knowledge of Windows Server (versions 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
    • Strong understanding of system architecture, administration Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
    • Solid understanding of storage systems, SAN/NAS concepts, and enterprise backup strategies would be a plus.
    • Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).
    • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
    • Team player in an international team
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Active Directory, GPO, Quest Products, SCCM, Windows Clusters, NFS, NAS/SAN
