train and coach superintendents in the performance of all Superintendent duties related to the rehab and turn processes including, but not limited to, creation of budgets, project management, vendor management, final inspection, etc.
Review larger scale or difficult, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders for accuracy and adherence to company standards, including pricing, appropriate construction/maintenance practices, and use of appropriate and prescribed materials
Train and coach national Project Managers to review budgets and change orders; provide training to national Project Managers to understand relevant construction principles when reviewing rehab and turn budgets and change orders
Perform all the duties of a National Project Manager as needed. This includes review of budgets and change orders, award of approved work, oversight of project timelines, etc.
Utilize available reports and dashboards covering national Rehab performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Foster a friendly open work environment to assist local markets in a way that drives company initiatives and meets target performance metrics
Maintain a positive working relationship with all contractors and/or contractor representatives
Support local market leadership with the evaluation of local contractors, direct vendors, Superintendents and others involved in the rehab and turn processes
Meet with market leadership to identify areas of opportunity for all Rehab activity and provide guidance on how to execute on the areas of opportunity
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned

5+ years preferred of relevant experience in project management, residential construction, facility management, reviewing bids/estimates and change orders, and/or Superintendent experience

Proficient with estimation software and the utilization of iPad/cell phone equipment
Analytical and results oriented
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
