How you will make an impact:

As a pivotal addition to our expanding team, you'll be one of the inaugural Product Designers in our Lisbon office and will work closely with our teams in the US.

You will help our customers by designing features that allow them to easily create and manage messages for the millions of recipients they communicate with on a daily basis. Your job is to work with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to make our customers' jobs easier, allowing them to connect with their audience in a more meaningful and impactful way.

This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, such as template editors, asset management, and cross-channel campaign management for web, mobile, and email platforms, all working in harmony to amplify our customers' creative potential.

You'll get to:

• Collaborate across time zones with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to enhance our product offerings, ensuring an intuitive, impactful user experience
• Drive the design process from ideation to execution, employing your expertise to develop solutions that address complex problems while meeting the needs of our diverse user base
• Engage in all facets of design work, from UX research and discovery to prototyping and high-fidelity visuals, ensuring that every design decision contributes to our overarching goals
• Elevate the design standard within the team, providing constructive feedback and sharing insights that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

We are looking for people who have:

• 2-3 years working in UX and product design roles
• 2-3 years of experience shipping SaaS product or similar
• A passion for creation tools-think website builders, photos card editors, design tools
• Strong visual design sensibilities, with a passion for creating consumer grade enterprise products
• An interest in the opportunities and challenges of designing for a complex product-from broad strategy and systems thinking, to a smaller scale, component-specific UI design
• Empathy for the variety of our customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders that we work with on a day-to-day basis
• Strong organizational skills, capable of leading projects with precision and efficiency
• Excellence in asynchronous communication, adept at articulating ideas and collaborating effectively across different time zones
• Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English
