• 了解PCB/PCBA结构、材料特性（玻纤、铝、电木、合成石等）

• 懂机械加工工艺：CNC、铣、磨、表面处理（阳极、喷塑等）

• 能做DFM分析、公差设计、成本控制

• 熟悉行业标准：IPC、厂内制程规范

• 独立完成：方案→建模→出图→BOM→发包→验收→异常处理

• 问题解决：分析虚焊、连锡、偏移、变形等，提出改善

• 沟通协作：对接生产、品质、客户、供应商

• 文档规范：图纸、SOP、FACA、DFM报告标准化

• 抗压与加班：适应产线节奏、项目赶工
