EDM Operator

ole in supporting our mold manufacturing operations by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Sinker EDM machines

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and process sheets

• Perform electrode setup, alignment, and burn operations

• Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets as needed

• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools

• Maintain required documentation and production records

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Work collaboratively with Toolmakers, Programmers, and Engineering teams

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EDM operating experience

• Experience in mold manufacturing or precision machining environment strongly preferred

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• $24-$32/hour based on experience
