Collaborate with architects, BU, and supply chain partners to integrate new technologies into roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (thermal, power, and system architects) to optimize electrical solutions and ensure technical alignment during the concept phase.
Define high-level electrical requirements and support the hardening of abstract specifications.
Prepare comprehensive electrical proposals during POC/RFI/RFQ phases.
Lead early-stage EE design work tailored to customer traits and needs, ensuring high-level requirements are addressed.
Develop guidelines, playbooks, and lessons learned to improve front-end activities and enhance efficiency.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in electrical system design with a focus on high-speed circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
Proficiency in ECAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout review, with a proven ability to rapidly develop and optimize design concepts.
Solid understanding of mainstream CPU/GPU platforms (Intel, AMD, Nvidia, ARM) and their influence on electrical design

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years in electrical design for servers, data centers, or high-performance computing products, with a robust background in electrical systems, PCB layout, and power management.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
