screpancies, perform monthly balance reconciliations, and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.
Ensure that timelines and quality of work meet the service level and targets agreed with the operating locations serviced.
Review accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) aging, resolve any issues to ensure no aged items (GIT, GRIR, invoice payments, etc.).
Highlight irregularities and exceptional transactions or requests to team leads or managers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and provide financial data for management decisions.
Handle special accounting-related projects as required.
Participate in monthly meetings with business partners in supported operating locations to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Foster a sense of teamwork and partnership with operating locations.
Provide support to internal and external audit and control-related exercises.
Identify training needs and communicate them to team leads or managers.
Interact with team members and colleagues with due respect.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency and maintain or reduce costs in a high-growth environment.
Job Requirements:
Professional qualification, bachelor's degree, or diploma in accountancy/finance or a related field.
Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as needed.
Must be a team player.
Good command (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin.
Strong financial analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
Ability to prioritize day-to-day activities and execute projects.
Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills to support continuous improvement initiatives.
