    Position summary

    ms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SMT equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to SMT production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

    • Guide the engineers with troubleshoot SMT equipment including:

      • Solder paste printers
      • Solder paste inspection systems
      • Pick-and-place machines (e.g., Fuji)
      • Reflow ovens (including thermal profile interpretation)
      • Wave and selective soldering systems
      • PCB routers and washers
    • Interpret thermal profiles, chemical usage, and machine-generated thermal data.

    • Collaborate in stencil design and process optimization.

    • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.

    • Lead and mentor a team of at least 10 engineers.

    • Apply basic financial knowledge to support cost-effective solutions.

    • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve production efficiency and quality.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on SMT processes.

    • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.

    • Fluent spoken and written English.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.

    • Proficient in statistical tools and data analysis.

    • Basic understanding of financial principles related to manufacturing.
