What will you do?

• Lead the development and maintenance of QA plans for global new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and process optimization strategies.

• Participate in quoting and early development activities, ensuring quality considerations are integrated from the start.

• Evaluate inspection processes and recommend improvements using inspection aids and documented standards.

• Design, implement, and support customer-specific global training programs.

• Establish systems for efficient document control, review, and storage for global customer accounts.

• Review internal, supplier, and customer discrepancies; manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Perform regular documentation audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Support supplier improvement efforts and participate in vendor assessments as applicable.

• Drive standardization of manufacturing processes across Jabil sites for assigned customer programs.

• Serve as a technical resource to internal teams and customers for complex quality issues.

• Promote and support proactive process improvement efforts using quality methodologies.

• Comply with all safety, health, and company security policies and regulations.

How will you get here?

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering or related manufacturing experience.

• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of APQP and quality system regulations.

• Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, A3, Fishbone) and CAPA processes.

• Proficiency in inspection techniques, documentation control, and quality auditing.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

• Ability to manage multiple global accounts and collaborate across teams and regions.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global manufacturing sites or international customer accounts.

• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, etc.).

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or highly regulated industries is a plus.
