Senior Manufacturing Engineer

, where you'll play a key role in transforming production processes through cutting-edge technology and smart engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and enhance automated machinery and control systems (PLCs, robotics, etc.)

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Integrate automation systems with factory hardware and software platforms

• Test, debug, and maintain high-performance automated systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement

• Design and refine production layouts and workflows for maximum productivity

• Select and implement advanced manufacturing equipment and tools

• Conduct time studies and cost analyses to support data-driven decisions

• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges with innovative solutions

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bsc. in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar field
  • Nice to have Software knowledge: CAD software and process simulation tools, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks
  • Fluency in Croatian AND English
  • Certifications: min.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (as a plus)

• Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and materials, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
