What will you do? -
Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of NPI utilizing APQP and Process Optimization specific to the customer, providing support for all quoting activities by participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines, supporting all global training programs specific to the customer
Develop appropriate systems for document storage, access and review pertaining to global customer accounts utilizing 4Q/ other reporting tools.
Review all internal, Supplier and customer requirements/discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/preventive/proactive action efforts.
Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; develop appropriate systems for document storage and access.
Interface with all departments as applied to the Policies and Procedures. provide insight/assistance and leadership on implementing, maintaining Improving and Optimizing the process, concentrating on proactive methodologies, assist/lead on driving the standardization of manufacturing processes,
Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor, Comply and follow all procedures within the company's security/quality policy
How will you get here? -
Education:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering, or related discipline.
Experience:
5 years related experience required in work-related SMT/Energy/Mechanical automated industries.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
In-depth knowledge in Quality Core/Problem solving/statistical tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D, QRQC)
Industry standards and Regulatory compliance certs (IPC, ISO, UL, TUV, CSA, ANATEL, INTERTEK)
Communication skills and Proactive, can-do spirit for improvement
Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, time management & planning skills
Payroll and people management (inspectors/techs)
Preferred Qualifications:
Green or Black belt certified or other
Salary Range:79, 348/ 111, 087/ 142, 826 USD Annual
Bonus Target:10%
