JJT MAKE MAKE Technology Product Owner - Analyst
Supply Chain BT Product Line organizations (PLs) are responsible for the product line technological direction across segments and serve as a critical point of contact for business and JJT. Individuals in PL organizations work with JJT and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize solutions for their product line and lead all aspects of consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. They will exhibit strong influence and passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to overall JJT strategy. PL Owners need to continuously improve efficiency and ensure that value is realized by the business through the JJT capabilities implemented. PL owners should have a strong view of external IT capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for J&J.
This role is accountable for JJT products of Ethicon Manufacturing plants supporting MedTech Surgery in Cornelia and Athens sites. This role has accountability for the technology / performance / portfolio of the standard and local products in the plants that are specific to the MedTech Surgery Manufacturing processes. In addition, they have the responsibility to ensure that the products that support the manufacturing site are coordinated efficiently to deliver application roadmap strategies using Agile and Release Management while maintaining Site Factbook and Product Catalog. The Site Leader will own the Financial TCO for site JJT Operation Product and Solutions as well as have input and coordination on investment prioritization.
This role has accountability for the technology strategy / reliability / performance of the local products in the plants that are specific to the Medical Device Manufacturing process. In addition, they have the responsibility to ensure that all the products that support the manufacturing site are integrated effectively and efficiently to deliver the operational strategies and goals. The responsibility includes local Products and related Plant Ecosystems and ensure proper lifecycle management, tech burden reduction, risk remediation and cybersecurity readiness for the related plants

Product Strategy
Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities as competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.
Supporting continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities
Drives collaboration and execution with internal and external Partners
Accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap
Continuous learning mindset of the latest technology trends and instituting innovative thinking/mindset throughout the organization.
Portfolio
Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of the capabilities to the site that create business value in an agile way; and is aligned with segment, JJT, and enterprise imperatives.
Accountable for Product features roadmap / deployments
Owns Delivery of technology capabilities for the plant. Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption.
Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress to the business teams.
Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.
TS partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget.
E2E Operational Plant Technology Ownership - Products & Processes
Accountable for technology Operational efficiencies, ensuring reliable cost-efficient environment. Drives Continuous improvements, delivering on financial commitments.
Reliability - RCA (True RCA & SLA), Incident management, MTTR, trending & insights
Cybersecurity ISRM / TLM addressing technology debt
Audit/Quality/Compliance support/adherence
Detailed knowledge of operational technology costs
Overall MAKE Site / Product KPI accountability
Adherence to the SLAs for issues resolution, product availability, business alignment
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree is required
A minimum of 2 years of major IT program management including Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations, OR IT product Design and Support is required
Experience within a GxP and environment is required
Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC)
Experience working in projects utilizing Agile / JIRA methodology
Knowledge in Manufacturing Supply Chain processes (E2E)
Track record of program delivery of Supply Chain projects
Expertise in helping to drive adoption to improve business value through information technology
Demonstrated ability to construct a business case and track benefits realization
Specific Make product (application), platform, or solution knowledge
Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements. Experience in effectively collaborating and managing stakeholders is required.
Project Management experience in deployment of major IT capabilities across multiple sites and multiple regions is required.
Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units is required
Understanding of product planning and execution, knowledge of healthcare, business theory, and budgeting
Ability to manage high level of complexity, as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously and experience in working with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities
Must have the ability to create context around key business drivers and strategic plan and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of partners
