    Position summary

    abs, sales training, and workshops.

    • Support product requests, prepare portable display properties (tablecloths, roll-up graphics, posters) and inspect upon return, handle distribution and shipping, and provide onsite support as needed.

    • Individual will interface with Marketing, Sales and Meeting Services for demo and display requirements. Handle inventory counts and provide updates in software system.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

    • Maintain consistency of set contents.

    • Pick and pack daily orders for shipment.

    • Prepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as Customs required documents.

    • Identify and report needed repairs, replacements, and refurbishments.

    • Receive and store workshop/demo and display material.

    • Fetch new education material as required.

    • Prepare and executes no-charge house orders for replenishments with charges directed to appropriate department.

    • Travel to on-site assignments for set-up and/or tear down, as well as supportive tasks as required for successful execution of business objectives.

    • Properly interact with all department filing records, both electronic and other media.

    • Report returned shipment shortages to Senior Material Handlers or Supervisor.

    • Coordinate with Supervisor on the most efficient workflow process to ensure 100% processing of all workshop/demo and display requests.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

    • Education and training associated with a High School diploma.

    • Some warehouse/distribution experience is preferred.

    • Basic math skills.

    • Must be able to effectively communication to communicate with diverse groups of people, both internal and external to the company.

    • Verbal and written communication skills

    • Good computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other similar software systems.

    OTHER:

    • Position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.

    • Some travel may be required to support events, tradeshows, and sales meetings.

    • Travel possible up to 10% annually.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $40,000 to $64,400. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
