    Contract: Permanent

    As Bariatric & Thoracic Sales Specialist you will be responsible for achieving product sales to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.

    The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

    • Promoting products for bariatric/thoracic procedures to hospital staff and developing strong relationships with customers in voivodships of Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie.

    • Scheduling appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.

    • Initiating contact and scheduling appointments with potential new customers.

    • Making regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.

    • Identifying customer needs and recommending new products to address them.

    • Conducting competitive research and uses to tailor presentations.

    • Preparing sales reports and documents as required.

    • Developing and recommending specific sales plans and new product launches.

    • Handling customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.

    • Providing input to sales forecast for business planning.

    • Creating proposals for expansion of customer base.

    Qualifications

    A successful candidate will need to have/be:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree acquired.

    • Good English in writing and speaking required.

    • Min.3 years of previous experience on a similar sales position.

    • Sales experience in medical devices area is a plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills

    • Outstanding ability to cooperate and engage others.

    • Driver's license cat. B is required.
