Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our Program Management Office. The ideal candidate will provide overall analytics support, focusing on business excellence strategies and performance management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and developing insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive performance management by overseeing the monthly scorecard for the ETH supply chain and continuing the digitization of this tool.
Collaborate with Ethicon Supply Chain G&Os and track progress with leadership.
Support the WCH BEx team with monthly metric reporting, the certification program, and labor productivity program.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support strategic initiatives within the Program Management Office.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor business performance.
Provide analytical support for business excellence strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and processes.
Support project management activities by analyzing project data, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate across departments to facilitate data-driven discussions and promote best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies that can enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in strategy analysis, business analytics, or performance management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
Knowledge of business excellence frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is preferred. Skills Required
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and statistical software.
Time management and organizational skills to manage varying deadlines and objectives.
Ability to analyze planning and operational data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to advocate for deliverables with leadership convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO methodologies is a plus.
