The EMEA Advanced Therapies Product Group is recruiting a CAR-T End-to-End IT Product Owner, to oversee the IT systems and processes for our CAR-T (cell therapy) initiatives. The role will ensure seamless integration and functionality across all IT platforms, from patient enrolment to manufacturing, delivery, and patient infusion.
The CAR-T End-to-End IT Product Owner will be responsible for translating the business needs into design specifications for the regional EMEA CAR-T digital platform. The person will follow up on the delivery with the solution squads. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Advanced Therapies organization in the coordination, planning, implementation, and deployment of solutions across the EMEA region.
Our CAR-T digital platform combines multiple off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions to deliver a reliable and streamlined commercial experience for our customers across the patient & cell journey. The platform is being rolled out throughout Europe and needs to support compliance to various requirements and support different delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the solution squads
Functionally design and follow up the delivery of the integrations between systems of the digital platform
Collaborate with the solution squads in the commercial and supply chain departments around the globe, and ensure delivery meets the design
Drive the end-to-end testing team: define the testing scope per release, support the creation of end-to-end test scripts, maximize the development and execution of automated testing, and guide users during test execution
Facilitate the demand intake process with our stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements
Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and support teams
Collaborate with the support team to investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to CAR-T workflows.
Manage dependencies with relevant squads
Apply compliance requirements, ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date
Education:
Master's or bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the world of technology
Experience And Skills:
Proven success in working in cross-functional self-organized teams
End-to-end business process mapping and curiosity about the big picture
Robust project management skills
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Passionate to stay up to date with current trends, best practices and new technologies
Strong communicator in English (written and spoken)
Preferred:
Experience in complex system integrations
SFDC (Health Cloud) expertise
Experience in Life sciences or another regulated industry
Knowledge of Cell and/or Gene Therapy technologies is a nice-to-have
For this position occasional travel is up to 10%.
