The Director, Daily Disposable Brand Marketing will lead the regional brand strategy, go to market plans, forecasting, launch excellence and portfolio lifecycle management to enrich and strengthen ACUVUE® Daily Disposable contact lens brand family's competitiveness and results.
This leader will be responsible for the comprehensive brand stewardship of the ACUVUE® Daily Disposable Brand Families to enhance professional brand equity and drive business growth across the daily disposable contact lens portfolio. This position partners closely with other commercial functions to drive execution excellence and Global Strategic Marketing to shape the innovation and pipeline agenda.
This role reports directly into the VP of US Marketing and has direct line management for the Daily Disposable Brand marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional daily disposable contact lens brand family strategic plan:
Drive innovation agenda including new products, claims, packaging, etc.:
Launch new products with excellence:
Deliver the platform wearer, sales and share growth commitments in line with the annual business plan and through all quarterly financial cycles.
Oversee the development and implementation of professional media strategy and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired results.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales & marketing experience is required.
Experience in Brand Marketing is preferred.
Achieving results in Sales and Marketing through leadership experience is required.
Experience in MedTech industry is preferred.
Ability to challenge the status quo and lead change is required.
Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.
Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
Proven leadership ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams across a matrix organization is required
This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 30% domestic travel.
