    Position summary

    , Medicaid, 340B, SPAPs, and ADAPs. The Director will also provide strategic guidance on contractual responsibilities of these programs, while liaising with various IM and MT partners creating strategies or pricing for these same programs.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Ten to twelve years total business experience in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare is.

    • A minimum of five years of professional experience with/in Pharmaceutical or healthcare contracting department.

    • A minimum of three years in team/department management experience, including the management of multiple direct reports at various levels.

    • Knowledge of government / commercial programs and contracts.

    • Understanding of the interrelationships between commercial and Federal Pricing.

    • Demonstrated ability to address then resolve issues and conflicts by communicating difficult information considerately and respectfully.

    • Strong writing and presentation skills.

    • Must possess the ability to lead and influence senior management and peers to get results.

    • The ability to partner with Operating Company personnel to ensure achievement of compliant company objectives.

    Preferred:

    • A strong solid understanding of the following Federal healthcare programs and related regulations: (Medicare, Medicaid, State Programs, and Public Health Service (340B) pharmaceutical pricing program).

    • Solid understanding of the basis of calculations for procurement program price ceilings for any of the following: (AMP, BP, ASP, 340B)

    • Experience developing and documenting processes.

    • Strong working knowledge of automated contracting systems.

    • This position has an estimated annual salary of 142,000-284,000 USD$

      • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
