    Position summary

    rategy pertaining to Biomaterials across all spinal pathologies and support all business cases and market preparation for enabling technologies. This individual will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategy and lead downstream marketing efforts to drive overall commercial success for the spine biomaterials and enabling technology portfolio across EMEA.

    What to expect:

    Biomaterials

    • Develop and manage commercial strategies for the biomaterials portfolio to achieve and exceed business plans for EMEA: portfolio under management includes MTF products, JJMT Bio products, allograft spacers and VBA.

    • Identify, initiate, and execute registration for select LifeNet Health portfolio in EMEA, leveraging US clinical evidence and market intelligence

    • Critical leadership liaison for spine GGM with key tissue partners

    • Partner with upstream marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, professional education, and others to develop and lead commercial strategies, portfolio management and launch excellence for Biomaterials across EMEA.

    • Develop sustainable relationships with EMEA KOL's, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership

    • Lead surgeon and FSO engagement strategy through the lens of society, study group, research and professional education partnership

    • Gather feedback from EMEA FSO's and business partners to thoroughly assess complex spine market and provide feedback to upstream marketing, R&D, business development and others to inform our spine strategy

    • Partner with commercial leaders to develop and drive growth strategies at the surgeon, account, healthcare system, etc. level

    • Critically examine market dynamics to support strategic and tactical marketing plans through robust customer interaction

    Enabling Technology

    • Serve as key liaison and partnership manager for Brainlab relationship, building strategies to exploit mutually beneficial market opportunities (e.g. share shifts)

    • Lead market survey of EMEA for various enabling technologies (i.e. advanced visualization, robotics, navigation, etc.)

    • Support market-specific business cases development for robotics, working with market leads and key stakeholders

    • Shape clinical data collection for robotics, leveraging existing studies and partnerships in the US

    • Partner with VELYS in EMEA to ensure preparedness of professional and commercial education, FSO, service & repair, and KOL/COE management for robotic launch

    Additional

    • Support of EMEA spine society meetings

    • Incorporate DE&I efforts into all commercial activities

    Qualifications

    Who are we looking for?

    • BS/BA degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred

    • Experience in biomaterials mandatory

    • Candidate must have 8+ years total progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, R&D, Medical Device Sales

    • A minimum of 5 years of healthcare or medical device experience is preferred

    • Proven strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with regional and global business partners

    • Ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop a team of marketers

    • A strong ability to connect global strategy to commercial execution

    • Understanding of business processes involved in operating in the medical devices, robotics and/or digital space

    • Key performance areas include communication skills, product management, analytical skills, successful team player and ability to influence others.

    • Demonstrated ability to build, test, and gain support for strategies

    • Demonstrate effective planning and prioritization skills and establishes self as expert and leader for new product development project

    • Ability to communicate effectively to inform senior leaders of critical inputs for strategic and organizational implications of issues or decisions

    • Proven ability to review data sets and discern trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvements

    • Creative thinking and strong customer centric problem-solving skills

    • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence others

    • Ability to travel up to 40%
