    Job Description:

    About the Role

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics organization. This role will focus on delivering value-driven data solutions across Supply Chain functions, leveraging deep expertise in the SAP ecosystem and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong business understanding, has a product mindset, and thrives in Agile environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate them into well-defined data and analytics requirements.

    • Partner with Product Owners and Data Engineering teams to shape and deliver data products that meet business needs, from concept to delivery.

    • Actively participate in product road mapping, backlog grooming, and prioritization in alignment with business objectives.

    • Analyse and interpret SAP data (ECC, S/4HANA, APO, IBP) and other operational systems to build analytical solutions and business insights.

    • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, functional specs, and documentation within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Safe).

    • Contribute to data modelling, validation, and integration efforts using tools such as Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse.

    • Champion user-centric design for dashboards, KPIs, and self-serve analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).

    • Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams.

    • Ensure quality and usability of deliverables through proactive UAT support and change management planning.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role in data and analytics or digital supply chain domains.

    • Strong working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules and SAP data structures.

    • Hands-on experience with data tools and languages like Python, SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g., Data Lakes, Warehouses).

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with understanding of product lifecycle and MVP delivery.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Skills & Competencies

    • Experience in product management or product ownership in data/analytics domain.
    • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
    • High degree of initiative, adaptability, and self-direction.
    • Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills to drive outcomes across diverse teams and cultures.
    • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
    • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving business value through technology.
