    Job Description:

    We seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to serve as an HR Business Partner for the MedTech Supply Chain business in Brazil and the regional strategic capabilities structure in LATAM (HTO). This position will be based in São José dos Campos, SP. In this role, you will play a crucial role in executing HR strategies and processes that align with the operational objectives of the business, ensuring that our talent initiatives drive organizational success.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Business Partnership:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MedTech's business strategies and objectives, representing the HR function in discussions to provide strategic insights and support.

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and teams, offering guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and talent needs.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and optimize processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and health.

    Talent Management:

    • Identify and address talent needs through proactive workforce planning and data analysis.

    • Support the design and execution of talent management programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.

    • Champion initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a culture of belonging and collaboration within the organization.

    Culture and Engagement:

    • Partner with business leaders to devise strategies that improve employee engagement and cultivate a positive workplace culture

    • Work collaboratively with business and communications teams to promote initiatives that reinforce Our Credo.

    Leadership and Coaching:

    • Participate in leadership development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and drive organizational performance.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters, providing insights to help guide decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partner roles preferred.
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable strategies.
    • Good communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
