    HR Leader Innovative Medicine, Global Quality

    Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland, Cork, Ireland, Leiden, Netherlands, Beerse, Belgium

    Contract: Full Time

    Overall, Purpose of this Job:

    The HR Leader, Innovative Medicine (IM) Global Quality is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the geography in support of sector/function goals. The HR Leader, Innovative Medicine Global Quality, will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business.

    The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and deploy the HR agenda for the business, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies

    • Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans

    • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps)

    • Lead strategic HR work for the IM Quality organization in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategies

    • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact

    • Partner with key Business and HR leaders to support and define the cultural, engagement and organizational change and restructuring initiatives and implementation plans. Provide guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees. Play a consultative role in employee communication initiatives within client groups

    • Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability:

    • Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis

    • Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within the regions

    • Support business leaders for the IM Quality to drive talent agenda and achieve business results

    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate

    • Support and lead key projects and deliverables as determined by HR Leadership (including A&D and network activities).

    • Will partner with the Tech Ops and Risk Management HR team to lead/contribute to talent initiatives spanning across the function.

    Promoting collaboration:

    • Proactively identify cross-functional opportunities to partner to ensure integration of efforts and driving holistic talent initiatives

    • Partner with country/cluster OneHR to identify unique needs for partnership with CS/GS. Partner across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business

    We'd love to hear from YOU, if you have:

    • This position will be located in the EMEA region (Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland or Netherlands) and require 10% travel.

    • Years of experience - 6+ years professional experience required; minimum of 2 years of HR or HR related experience preferred
