    Position summary

    ocusing on market readiness, regulatory pathways, supply commit, managing pricing corridors, as well as Professional and Commercial Education. HR Leader must create a community of practitioners across each region for HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to enable growth, supported by talent and retention strategies aligned with business prioritization. Additionally, HR Leader actively supports each group's Leadership team to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management and strong Business Partnering.

    The HR Leader MedTech, CEE Central & South addresses complex organizational challenges due to the different nature, go to market models evolution and digital transformation strategies. Incumbent collaborates with the regional HR team to implement integrated HR strategy for each client organization and connects with the HR Community across the region to execute strategies.

    Role reports into Head of HR MedTech, CEESAT.

    Qualifications

    • Co-create and deploy the HR agenda for the business within a geography, aligned with global, regional HR and business

    • Deploy global/standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning

    • Drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching and business partnership with leadership

    • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact and provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to leaders, primarily at the Manager and Director level

    • Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis

    • Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster

    Qualifications:

    • This position is based in Prague and requires 30% travel.

    • Years of experience: 5+ years' professional experience required; minimum of 3 years of HR or HR related experience preferred
