We are searching for the best talent for Employee Health & Well-Being Site Lead to be in Incheon**.**
Purpose: The EHW Site Nurse is responsible for optimizing the development and execution of EHW strategies and standards for the local operating company. This role encompasses Occupational Health, Health & Well-Being Promotion, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
You will be responsible for**:**
Implement the EHW strategy and oversee site-level operational service delivery related to Occupational Health, Health & Well-Being Promotion, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Lead and support the development of the site EHW program to ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson's requirements and local regulations.
Drive positive health outcomes by reducing population health risks, mitigating workplace health hazards, and enhancing business performance through improved employee health and well-being.
Accountable for EHW metrics, goals, and outcomes, collaborating with the EHW team to develop corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure quality assurance and process efficiencies by supporting global strategies for the effective deployment of Comprehensive Audit and Quality Assurance guideline programs, including key data and metric tracking.
Develop, implement, and oversee the site's medical surveillance program, incorporating biomonitoring and trending.
Manage the reporting and recording of occupational injuries and illnesses in accordance with J&J's recordkeeping requirements and local regulations.
Lead and implement key management activities, including budget oversight and regulatory tracking processes.
Assist the EHW Leader with specific EHW activities in the region, including integration and divestiture activities, implementation of new programs, and global or regional health promotion initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Occupational Health qualification required. (간호사 면허 소지자)
2+ years of management experience in Health Services.
Technical expertise in employee health programs.
Strong communication skills; reliable, self-assured, and technically proficient.
Exceptional leadership skills; capable of gaining trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, team-focused environment.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Proven background in Occupational Health, including Medical Surveillance, Medical Case Management for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, Recordkeeping, Workplace Incidents & Accidents, Travel Health, and Food Hygiene.
Strong business insight and customer sensitivity.
Effective team development capabilities.
Strong compliance-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English.
