    Position summary

    Management & several other capability offerings. This role is responsible for the success and sustainability of multiple product capabilities and for building strong partnership and collaboration with various teams to address business needs and long-term strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Under limited supervision and general direction, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position with work in the following primary areas:

    • • Ownership of product solution success, ensuring product investments are secured & deliver value throughout product lifecycle.

    • • Understand the business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs.

    • • Collaborate with leaders and team members to ensure successful market launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

    • • Demonstrate experience working with internal and external customers in a coordinating role and gathering requirements and needs based assessments.

    • • Collaborate with development teams to translate user needs into use cases to refine requirements.

    • Maintaining a prioritized backlog and coordinating with dependent teams' backlogs/priorities

    • • Ability to write technical stories for developers.

    • • Provide project/process reviews and implement enhancements based on feedback from business stakeholders.

    • • Determine business readiness for change and identify appropriate implementation plans.

    • • Lead the deployment of solutions, communication, promotion and trainings in coordination with the support team.

    • • Work with the Product Manager leader to define roadmaps based on customer demands paired with development team feasibility and sizing aligning.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • • Strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM, Pricing & Contracting, and Ordering.

    • • Experience with Optimizer & Salesforce.com.

    • • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Suite of Offerings.

    • • Experience with JIRA & Confluence.

    • Basic SQL skills required

    • • Strong organizational skills.

    • • Ability to manage differences and needs between multiple stakeholders.

    • • Ability and experience to use analytics to determine root causes and identify solutions.

    • • Experience working as a liaison between Information Technology Teams & the Business.

    • • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree Required

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience in Commercial Operations or Information Technology.

    • Strong MedTech Industry Experience.

    • Strong experience with CRM, P&C, & Ordering applications (e.g., Optimizer, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics).

    • Advanced in SAFE Agile & High Performing Teams Leadership.

    • Requires 15% travel to other sites/locations
