    Position summary

    scend Finance team supporting the design and implementation of the future Global Template for finance Value Chain/Intercompany and Profit-in-Inventory processes. As a part of the role, the candidate will work across all program pillars to support smooth implementation of the respective processes.

    What you will do.

    • Support GTO Finance Commercial Lead with all aspects of an S/4 Hana ERP deployment.

    • Take a leading role in representing the finance function in the cross-functional Transcend Finance Commercial pillar.

    • Collaborate with Transcend functional teams to translate design requirements for Finance Commercial processes into a Global Template design.

    • In collaboration with the GTO Finance Commercial Lead, support in managing the interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in the areas of Order to Cash and Reporting.

    • Collaborate closely with Transcend BPOs and business SMEs to gain in-depth understanding of finance Commercial and Reporting processes and deliver key design decisions, process taxonomy, process flows, business requirements, business user stories and manage all compliance aspects.

    • Partner with JJT and external partners to explore and assess technology options which support business requirements.

    • Collaborate with Finance JJT team in designing Order to Cash and processes and outlining Reports in SAP FIORI.

    • Document future design as part of Global Template build.

    • Support the Agile Release Train (Scrum Team) in building the proposed design in S/4 Hana.

    • Ensure the outcome of the Agile Release Train (Scrum team) meets Global Template requirements.

    • Prepare FIT and BST Testing of Commercial processes within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain & Principal Companies.

    • Support the Data Validation & UAT testing with Business SME's.

    • Support business adoption teams and site readiness activities.

    • Support Principal Company's finance Teams and US Supply Chain teams during hypercare period.

    Qualifications

    IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU

    To be successful, you will have already gained extensive experience in a similar capacity. You demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a matrix business locally and regionally/globally. You have a demonstrable history of developing strong business partnerships and successful collaboration. Further requirements include:

    • You have a University in Finance or Economics.

    • Previous experience (8+ years) in Finance roles is required preferably in supply chain and/or a principal company environment.

    • Knowledge and Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash (Accounts Receivables) and Reporting is required.

    • Knowledge on Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) and Intercompany processes would be preferable for this role.

    • Experience with process development and improvement.

    • Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.

    • Passionate to develop expertise in complex financial topics.

    • Agile mindset.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues.

    • Team player and collaborative working style.

    • Experience with working in global / vi r tual environments is a plus.
