This position supports industrial manufacturing processes by implementing all aspects of process improvement, facility layout and upgrades, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction, and related tooling. Uses technical skills to help develop engineering activities related to industrial manufacturing.
Key Role Responsibilities
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Requires 6-8 Years Work Experience
Knowledge, Skills and abilities in Computerized Systems, Manufacturing Processes, GMPs.
OSHA and other medial industry applicable regulations. Skills working with SOPs and compliance related documentation.
Leadership Imperatives: The incumbent should demonstrate solid competencies on the standards of performance of the J&J Leadership Imperatives (Living Our Credo, Lead, Shape, Connect and Deliver) to effectively contribute to the transformation of the scope of work.
Able to work extra hours, at night and irregular shifts.
Able to respond to emergency calls.
Able to travel.
Able to support other departments or projects according to business needs.

63,800 - 110,000
