We are searching for the best talent for Manager Advanced Planning System Master Data to work in our Global Plan Excellence (GPEX) team!
This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in other IMSC hub sites such as Raritan, New Jersey; Gurabo, Puerto Rico; Zug or Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Leiden, Netherlands; or Geel or Beerse, Belgium.
The Manager Advanced Planning System Data drives the master data governance & operational processes supporting the OMP planning solution supporting Innovative Medicine supply chain. It requires an end to end understanding of the supply chain and planning solution to ensure master data and planning parameters are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with GPEX Global Process Managers (GPMs) on master data requirements for all planning pillars
Work with the Value Chain Management (VCM) Master Data and Enterprise Material System (EMS) team to ensure end to end planning system configuration
Monitor and maintain Master Data workflow tools (Syniti sIDMa)
Support the Global Planning development forums
Attend weekly Triage calls to review potential data errors
Support new OMP releases that include master data changes
Responsible for the Planning Data Quality Test process
Support plan data error resolution
Develop deep knowledge of the OMP master data and planning parameters
Attend GPEX Community of Practice meetings
Improve use of OMP Automated Data Maintenance tools
Owner Master Data training material on the Spectrum Learning & Development tool
Understand OMP functionality to link planning flows that go across SAP platforms
Represent plan at planning meetings for new product flows and product transfers
Supporting critical planning projects
Act as Planning Data expert to help shape and support projects to enhance performance
Management of third-party support team
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required
Supply Chain Certification (APICS / IBF) preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of background table structures for ERP (preferably SAP) and/or Advanced Planning Systems (preferably OMP and/or Anaplan)
Ability to build positive relationships across pillars of the business
Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly articulate data requirements, policies, and issues to both technical and non-technical partners
Capability to analyze data trends, identify potential data issues, and develop alternate solutions to address data inconsistency
Ability to be an inspiring leader, focusing on Business agility, with a fail-fast mentality
Anticipates and communicates the need for change and innovation in an empathetic & influential manner to ensure that the business responds to demands in an agile, positive, proactive way
Preferred:
Experience working in one or more of the following Supply Chain areas: Planning, Quality, Deliver, Source/Procurement, Make/Manufacturing, and/or Technology
Experience with advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Databricks, Power Automate, or equivalent)
Experience with Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, and/or Scenario Planning solutions
Knowledge of a broad set of internal and external business drivers and financial indicators across enterprise in order to prioritize digital products that drive business goals & capabilities
OTHER:
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $100,000 USD to $172,500 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
