    Position summary

    hnson has implemented a number of digital solutions including Workday, Cornerstone, Workhuman, Unily, and others to enable the enterprise Human Resources strategic initiative and the standardization of global HR processes.

    This individual will have responsibilities partnering with key Global Talent Management stakeholders and enabling our future in the digital Workday ecosystem. This individual will have strong product manager and project leadership skills to drive delivery on strategic HR priorities. This leader will partner on building the product roadmaps and serve as a Workday product owner and subject matter expert with primary focus on the Talent Management module. This role will actively listen to voice of the customer to shape business requirements for innovative solutions that will continuously improve the user experience, reduce cost to serve, and increase efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

    In partnership with the IT organization, they ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance, and data privacy. This individual will exemplify and foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement by maximizing the use of key features, expansion of automation and a focus on self-service. This role will have a close partnership with IT and the HR Global Services delivery teams in the enablement and adoption of solutions across the enterprise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a subject matter expert and product owner for the Workday platform with primary focus on Global Talent Management including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Talent Pools, and Skills.

    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand the business strategy to align the platform roadmap with the overall strategy.

    • Participate in the definition of features and capabilities by identifying opportunities for improvement.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of HR and employee data needed to improve experiences, and partner with the HR Data Governance and Data Quality teams for applied use of the data.

    • Continuously educate stakeholders and product administrators on new and existing product features by communicating the vision and roadmap.

    • Discover customer needs and pain points through frequent customer conversations, partnering with our Continuous Listening team on focus group feedback and share those insights throughout the organization.

    • Drive continuous improvement solutions supported by employee insights (i.e., automation)

    • Serve as a role model for high quality customer service; ensures that the needs and expectations of all customers are consistently met or exceeded.

    • Support application reporting and analytics; accountable to ensure that the key performance indicators for the application are established, measured, and reported efficiently and effectively

    • Continuously assess industry trends on HR platforms and digital employee experience to inform and provide insights.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree .

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant experience in HR Application Management, HR Information Systems, HR Infrastructure, and/or HR Technology Business Requirements.

    • Experience using and configuring Workday's Talent Management module.

    • Ability to gather, interpret, and define solutions requirements from various business units with a consultative approach.

    • Ability to align business needs to a product strategy.

    • Experience managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based vendor relationships and coordinating technical solutions with global teams.

    • Strong leadership skills with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.

    • Effective communication across Technology & HR functions.

    • Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact, persuade, or negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.

    • This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.

    Preferred

    • Experience using agile methodology.

    • Working knowledge of platform integration methodology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based integrations.

    • People Management experience.

    • Experience working in a global environment.

    • Experience using Service Center technologies, such as Salesforce.com, with ticket management, knowledge management, telephony / IVR and document management skills.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
