Responsible for gaining agreements to strategic growth plans (JBP) with customers to deliver against the Swiss strategy and maintain/monitor commercial plans to improve on opportunities for partnership and sustainable growth.
Work cross-functionally to improve our value proposition and business solutions to our Key Accounts across Switzerland.
Supports direct report by engaging in strategic Key Account meetings.
Ensures the KA organization in Switzerland follows the accurate processes, for developing, setting, agreeing, and tracking JBP's.
Ensures that the organization is Credo focused and motivated to win, acting always in compliance and with business integrity.
Qualifications
Requirements
Master's degree in business management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG
Ideally experience in ECOM
Able to lead a team
Proficient in German and English
Located in Central Switzerland
Proven success and experience in leading customers and achieving genuine sales development
Understands business finance
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Mastering the principles of Key Account Management and has a good grasp of marketing and category management

Plan and implement specific account activities that meet the long term customer as well as company strategies
Excellent selling skills & strong negotiation skills and a track record in negations of margins and agreements with customers.
