    Program Manager - Commercial Development Projects | J&J MedTech | Vision | EMEA

    Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Vision is seeking a Project Manager.

    This is an office based (hybrid model) in Warsaw (Poland), Istanbul (Turkey), Prague (Czech Republic), Dubai (UAE) or Dublin (Ireland) with up to 30% travel.

    Purpose of the role

    You will be responsible for leadership of projects, primarily the transformation of business processes via the implementation of new CRM systems. Other project examples include ERP systems implementation, new legal entities, development of systems to facilitate new trade channels, business model (Go To Market) changes.

    The successful candidate will be a leading expert individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable resource by peers in managing large projects and critical business processes transformations.

    Collaboration partners will include global, regional and local functions such as Marketing and Commercial, IT, Finance, Compliance & Supply Chain. Collaboration with and task management of external service providers will also be a core responsibility.

    This high-visibility role offers the individual the opportunity to showcase their skills and make a significant business impact, providing a robust platform for career development within J&J, allowing them to pursue career aspirations in any chosen direction.

    Reporting to the Market Development Director, J&J Vision Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMA), this position will support the EMEA management board, cluster/country General Managers and key members of their boards as a leading member of the Program Management Office.

    What to expect:

    Strategic Business Project Management

    • Leads, coordinates and directs efforts of interdisciplinary teams across several projects in support of the EMEA Vision Strategic Objectives.

    • Organize, lead and control project execution, responsible for developing integrated project plans, timelines, resource requirements & budgets across functions.

    • Ownership of governance, interdependencies, and executive stakeholder alignment with a diverse group of senior leaders and customer facing colleagues.

    Leadership

    • Provides functional (matrix) supervision on project related activities.

    • Demonstrated success in leading tech development teams through large scale system development projects

    • Role models and guides colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes.

    Who are we looking for?

    IT & Systems

    • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of CRMs, specifically Salesforce - Dynamics migrations, including data migration, system integration, user adoption, operating model implementation and training.

    • Deep understanding of IT processes and enterprise solutions (CRM, EDI, B2B e-commerce, B2B2C, VMI, ERP, WMS solutions) is critical.

    Strong Project Management, Process Excellence and Facilitation Skills

    • Certification in FPX, PMBOK and/or Agile project management techniques.

    • Remote management of critical project phases within strict scope, timelines, resources and budget constraints and management of associated risk.

    Business & Compliance Acumen

    • Demonstrated aptitude to quick gain deep understanding of commercial, marketing, administration and supply chain processes.

    • Experience in working in SOX & GxP related projects is desirable.
