    We are searching for the best talent for Regulatory Policy Senior Manager to be in Mexico City, Mexico or Sao Paulo, Brazil

    Purpose:

    Regulatory Policy Senior Manager will drive regulatory policy in collaboration with the regional Latin America Team and Global Regulatory Policy and Intelligence. The individual will develop and implement strategic advocacy plans and will also provide strategic policy support to the Latin America Team.

    You will be responsible for:

    Lead, develop, and implement strategic advocacy plans to drive the regulatory policy work prioritized goals for Latin America.
    Ensure alignment with business goals and changing regulatory landscapes.
    Serve as the J&J representative in relevant external organizations, including trade associations, regulators and other partners.
    Develop and communicate the organization's policy positions on key regulatory issues.
    Respond to regulatory consultations and participate in advocacy efforts.
    Work as a collaborative team-player with both the Latin America and Global Regulatory Policy and Intelligence teams.
    Provide additional support to the Latin America Team, as needs arise.
    Anticipate regulatory trends and craft proactive strategies to influence policy developments.
    Develop company positions on prioritized regional regulatory topics.
    Monitor the Latin America regulatory environment; interpret and evaluate impact on product development and approval.
    Assess potential impact and guide senior leadership.
    Educate internal partners on regional regulatory trends, changes and implications.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Required:
    Deep understanding of health authorities in Latin America
    2 years in regulatory or policy
    2 years in pharmaceutical company
    Strong digital competence

    Fluent in english and spanish

    Other:
    Travel percentage - 10-15% domestic and international.
