    We are searching for Manager - Resource Decision Support - Resource Systems Manager to be located in Beerse, Belgium, Raritan, Titusville, NJ or Spring House, PA

    The Manager - Resource Decision Support - Resource Systems Manager is a member of the BGIA Portfolio, Performance and Resource organization and responsible for the development, communications, and oversight of JRD wide systems and processes enabling resource demand, headcount and supply management. As the business product co-owner for the resource systems (i.e. Planisware algos, RAM, Beacon Time Reporting, 1-Supply, Flex Management Tools, etc.), this position will engage with BGIA, Business Operations, Finance, and other communities to represent the business needs, opportunities / pain points and translate those needs into requirements that will be prioritized and implemented in partnership with the Capability Management and IT colleagues. The Resource Systems Manager supports the Resource Systems Lead in RDS. Additionally, this position will help create a vision and multi-year roadmap to continually evolve and improve the resource management ecosystem.

    Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex technical approaches to simple and clear recommendations for decision making. A clear understanding of the business environment with strong organizational awareness will also be important for success. Strategic thinking and a strong ability to network successfully across organizational lines to drive strategy forward is needed for success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Co-Lead Resource Capacity High Performing Team (HPT) governing supply management ecosystem

    • Co-Lead Time Reporting and Forecasting/Allocation High Performing Teams (HPT) governing the demand management ecosystem

    • Co-Lead Community of Practice to engage and advance appropriate business leaders / systems users

    • Create, maintain, and execute a multi-year roadmap to advance resource management capabilities

    • Maintain appropriate training, documentation, user guides, etc. across all systems in the resource management ecosystem

    • In coordination with other BGIA business product owners, publish regular newsletter highlighting new/upcoming capabilities and reinforcing best practices for the user community

    • Influence key stakeholders on both strategic vision and current operational requirements to enable best in class resource management for JJIM

    • Develop system performance / data quality metrics and initiate improvement efforts

    • Enable a high performing team culture and highly collaborative environment

    • Help shape new service model and deliverables for the Resource Decision Support department

    • Operate under limited supervision with higher level of autonomy in the execution of position deliverables

    • Work with other business partners (Capacity Mgmt, FLEX Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, IT, etc.) to provide integrated, end to end, solutions to emerging business needs

    Requirements & qualifications:

    • B.S degree or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degrees are a plus
    • A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience is required
    • Project and/or Portfolio management experience preferred; PMP certification is a plus
    • Customer focused and able to lead improvement initiatives taking into account needs and constraints of both internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and comfortable with large datasets
    • Demonstrated high learning agility and problem-solving capabilities required
    • Demonstrated track record of strong collaboration across geographies and functions
    • Innovative thinking, willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo in the pursuit of optimal, data driven, decision making
    • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority required
    • Domestic / International travel - ~10%
