    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    QBI Process Support (weekly forecasting process):

    Own the weekly forecasting process to ensure all respective franchise teams provide analysis & insights on encouraged performance and landing for the month and full quarter. Identify possible risk and opportunities to support ME MD delivers in line with the financial targets. Own the design and implementation of data pipelines that enable a sophisticated and automated Quick Business Intelligence (QBI) process & integrate with daily sales.

    Market research & sizing:

    Develop and advance market research studies that include both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the market. Capture and synthesize qualitative data from market research, customer feedback, and industry reports to enhance market understanding. Evaluate the impact of various factors on market share and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that transform sophisticated data into clear, actionable insights.

    Sales Incentives Leadership:

    Coordinate the sales incentive process from both strategic and operational perspectives, ensuring alignment with business objectives (Develop productivity models that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Drive commission analysis through target setting, achievement tracking, and focus group discussions).

    Own the automation of the sales incentive process with the implementation of system based approach based on Sales IQ (Territory Management System) & Artemis (Data Warehouse).

    Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Incentive-related activities in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing teams.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Strive to drive self-service analytics through improved dashboards and reports that also enhance teamwork across the organization. Develop data assets that address the demand of various team members/functions in the organization

    Teamwork and Communication:

    Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate understanding and collaboration on BI initiatives.

    Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to various partners, including non-technical audiences. Train and mentor junior analysts in data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.

    Experience Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or relevant analytical roles.
    • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to influence team members at all levels.
    • Working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business partners. Ability to present data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audience.
    • Location: UAE (self-initiated relocation is an option)
