As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program, you will have the outstanding opportunity to be a key player in the modernization of our foundational Clinical Supplies Study Master solution.
Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Driven by Supply Chain, this program is of critical importance to R&D, as R&D's labs, pilot plants and Clinical Supply Chain heavily rely on the Supply Chain SAP platforms.
Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst Clinical Supplies Study Master in R&D to support the implementation of IM Transcend within R&D. In this role you will be documenting the future state business requirements and processes related to Clinical Study Master. You will write Business user stories, and will work closely with JJT for the implementation of ICSM (SAP- add on) within the Transcend ERP landscape. You will become a business and functional expert of the Clinical ICSM solution of SAP, representing the critical processes of CSC (incl study master data and process and other supply chain processes with a focus on deliver).
You will support the implementation of this new SAP solution in the organization throughout the program lifecycle. You will report into the R&D End to End ICSM Product lead.
Key Responsibilities
Support the R&D End to End ICSM Product lead in documenting business user stories, business process flows, test scenario's, master data requirements, dashboarding
Coordinate with the SME's (e.g. extended core team ) in support of required ICSM deliverables.
Lead discussions with stakeholders in support of the creation of user stories
Contribute to writing user stories for more complex requirements
Provide input to master data team (master data objects/ migration/test preparation)
Support the design, execution, testing, cutover, go live and hypercare activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Logistics or Information Technology is required or equivalent experience.
Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification is an asset.
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is an asset.
Experience and Skills
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Advanced use of SAP, preferably in master data management
Experience with user requirements, user story writing, business testing
Experience with Agile methodology and program deployment methodology including Jira
Good interpersonal and project management skills
Global, end-to-end attitude since we are organized in virtual teams
Ability to think transformational (no status quo).
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program.
Good understanding of Clinical Trial management
Understanding of process documentation tools
