    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Department as Senior Finance Analyst, based in Spain. As our Senior Finance analyst, you will be supporting members of Spanish leadership and their respective teams in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical business. You will also be responsible for driving finance standardization & optimization, whilst providing strategic insights that support decision-making and enhance financial management. This role reports to the Senior Business Controller for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Planning & Controlling

    • Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making.

    • Have an end-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area.

    • Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization and innovative approaches.

    Compliance

    • Comply with J&J worldwide financial (WW financial), HCBI, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations.

    Business Partnering

    • Influence business leadership in financial decision-making.

    • Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area.

    • Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal and external partners that drive business performance.

    • Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives.

    • Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in finance/economics/accounting is required.

    • A minimum of 3-4 years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in a Reputable Audit Company is a must.

    • Advanced Excel skills.

    • SAP knowledge preferred.

    • Exceptional financial and analytical skills.

    • Excellent command of both oral and written English.

    • Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

    • High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based applications for data analysis and automatic reporting.

    Experience Required

    • Broad-based FP&A and business partnering experience preferred.

    • Experience of working in a regional/global organization with complex & interdependent business relationships.

    • Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements across a complex business environment.

    • Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson worldwide procedures, practices and systems is a plus.
