Purpose: Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, provides support to the plant by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, participates on the optimization of the personnel productivity levels and assists with the implementation of HR strategy and general support on the short term and long-term business goals
You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Provide recruiting support to Global Recruiting.
Administers compensation and benefits for all Mexico payroll associates.
Ensures compliance to all Mexican Labor laws and Company/J&J procedures.
Provides performance/potential feedback to direct reports, partnering with them to prepare development plans.
Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Compliance with all ISO 14001 responsibilities.
Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities, OSHA and FDA requirements.
Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and
Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
Champions one or more Human Resources processes such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, ER/LR, Retained Recruiting (all Union and temporary contractors Non-Union), for the site and/or for the Juarez Campus.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
Generally, requires (8-10) years related experience equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactory perform the position responsibilities, or College near completion or recently completed.
