    Position summary

In this role, you will coordinate, supervise and support all aspects related to onsite and virtual learning production delivery and projects resolve issues before they arise, and focus and contribute as needed. We are looking for someone who is passionate, energetic, a continues learner and agile and who acts professionally while demonstrating a clear communication style. The foundation of this role will be supporting the J&J Learn Global Services programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as Master Producer for onsite and virtual operations subject matter expert and key POC for the coordination and production of J&J programs.

    • Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of the course owners of the programs of our virtual and onsite production end-to-end learning delivery operation

    • Ensures a high-quality, engaging, and memorable experience for all event participants. This includes handling the event ambiance, ensuring high-quality presentation materials, and fostering positive interactions throughout the event.

    • Handle global onsite challenges and propose solutions by facing sophisticated and unexpected global situations.

    • Constant communication with partners, regional producers, coordinators, and vendor management team.

    • Support the ongoing development, deployment, and continuous improvement of our new Production Capability actively collaborating with course owners and project team.

    • Handles the operational execution and others such as guest arrival scheduling, procedures, program materials, initial planning, and execution to post-event review

    • Establishes and maintains relationships with catering vendors to ensure all menus are designed and perfectly performed based on the program's nutrition guidelines as well as guest dietary allergies and preferences.

    • Ensures all event activities align with relevant laws, health and safety regulations, organizational policies, and cultural considerations

    • Keep process documentation updated, tracker information and other support resources to simplify processes and generate higher standardization for future scalability.

    • Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of the course owners of the programs of our virtual production end-to-end learning delivery operation.

    • Will produce VILT sessions including the following tasks: take attendance, handle interactive tools such as breakout rooms and polls, answer learner questions in the chat, create and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, manage chat, and support facilitator with activities and instructions.

    • Ensures all event activities align with relevant laws, health and safety regulations, organizational policies, and cultural considerations

    • Apply project and agile skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver global learning operations on time and as expected.

    • Act as a senior strategic consultant for the Learning Operations Organization, providing expert guidance and support to our customers to ensure the best-in-class service.

    • Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders across the Global Learning Operations teams to complete tasks and achieve key results, actively seeking input and assistance when vital.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Event/ Project Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required

    Experience and Skills:

    • At least a Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required.
    • Sophisticated proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication in a global environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
    • Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver global onsite operations support, on time and as expected.
    • Strong business insight and teamwork skills with a focus on vendor relations.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude by adapting to take on Learning Operations responsibilities as needed
    • Proficiency in event planning software, and technology, including MS Office Suite.
    • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Excellent communication skills, and ability to challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans, while providing excellent customer service.
    • Global calendaring experience in a highly matrixed environment such as understanding time zone impacts for meetings and travel schedules.
    • Proficient in digital literacy with a strong ability to understand, access, and effectively leverage technology
    • Ability to manage change positively and sees change as an opportunity to improve processes and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • An enthusiastic teammate with a strong aim to create a positive work environment is required.
    • Experience planning for and analyzing data-driven learning experiences is preferred
